Welcome to Sazko Events, organized by the Sazko Solutions Malaysia! and Wingshoster!. By accessing or using this website and/or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

By registering for Sazko Events, browsing our website, or attending any Sazko events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the use of our services.

1. Event Registration

All registrations are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Sazko Solutions.

Event fees must be paid in full prior to the event date unless otherwise stated.

Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from Sazko Solutions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event or for no-shows. PMIMY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit transfer will be offered.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at Sazko Solutions events are expected to adhere to Sazko Solutions's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content presented at Sazko Solutions—including slides, recordings, documents, and other materials—is the intellectual property of the speaker or organizer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy Policy

By registering for Sazko Events, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event management and communication purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Backup Policy

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed. Wingshoster does not warrant that it backs-up any Account or User Content, and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content. You as a Wingshoster User agree that in no case, wingshoster.com can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.

7. Photography and Recording

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you grant Sazko Events permission to use your image or likeness in future marketing materials.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Sazko Events will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at or as a result of attendance at Sazko Events events. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and conduct.

9. Account & Activities

Sazko Events does not promote accounts created with fake details without informing and without refunding any services. Your account can also be deleted permanently. Please add company name, email, and phone number and verify your email so that you and I do not face any inconvenience.

10.Attendee and Admin Responsibilities

Attendee and Admin are required to provide truthful and complete information when registering or accessing our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that QR codes are used appropriately, in accordance with event guidelines and relevant legal requirements.

Any misuse, tampering, or fraudulent manipulation of QR codes or informations is strictly prohibited.

11.Changes to Terms

We retain the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our rental services after any updates are published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
